when i look at this picture I think of the famously used website Facebook made by Mark Zuckerberg. The Facebook logo is being used as a telescope to look outside. I'm predicting that this person is trying to look for something or someone. The door in this picture is slightly open which the kid is disregarding as if it were not as important as what he is taking a glimpse of through his telescope
I think that the photo symbolizes that people don't try to go outside and socialize with people. It also shows that they use the internet (Facebook in this case) to socialize online. Since the door is nearly closed, it could also mean that they don't completely stay away from society. I think that the theme of the image is that people always stay inside in there jail cells and only see the world through the internet lenses, and they don't go outside to see the world with their real eyes despite them being able to get out of their jail cells easily as the door is open.
I'm going to add to my original statement. The boy is seeing the world through a small view and through Facebook's lenses, so therefore he is seeing the world through a small view and not seeing the world for what it completely is.
The theme of this picture is very similar to a room filled with darkness and the boy is opening a door to a whole new place. This picture is clearly related to Facebook as the biggest object in the picture is the Facebook sign.The interpretation I think this picture has is that this boy has opened a new world which is the digital world. On Facebook there is alot more things to discover so the light coming from the room is the materialistic form of information and alot more options. The door he is opening is the barrier between is reality and the digital world of Facebook. Basically the overall interpretation of this picture is a boy who is opening a whole new world into Facebook. There is alot more to discover and is represented by the light behind the door. He is in a dark room which just shows the contrast between his reality and joining Facebook.
I think it's telling us to face the real world. The "f" standing as the word face and the wall standing as the barrier what the man in the image needs to conquer somehow. By looking at the "f" itself, you can see the man using it as if it were a telescope of some kind what's allowing him to get a peak into the real world to find out how to overcome the barrier in front of him.

When I look at this picture, I see Facebook being used to communicate with the world and that some one trapped inside can see things and people outside. Although the door is open, he doesn't want to physically go outside so he does it virtually. The person is using Facebook to look at the world, rather than really going outside when he has the opportunity to.
Another interpretation is him sitting in his room just looking at he world through the internet. He is looking through the Facebook logo so he has not completely went through the door. The dark room he is in can represent how isolated he is looking at the world through the internet. The reality is close towards him but there is some sort of barrier restricting him to feel the real world personally. The dark room and the light behind the door just shows how different the digital world is from the real world. Facebook is the hole to see through but opening the door completely can flood light into the room and change what you are seeing at the moment. The person in this illustration represents the vast majority of social media users looking through their "telescope" (or Facebook) trying to see what's on the outside but only seeing a fraction of what's going on, hence the bars on the window. for example, a couple may post pictures of themselves looking elated and content, when in reality outside the screen, they may be going through a messy divorce. I also noticed the door being slightly ajar meaning the person can easily escape this cell, but chooses not to. i feel that this picture is an amazing and accurate representation of our world today since it is showing the protagonist, the problem and the solution all in one detailed illustration.

Another prediction I have would be that instead of experiencing how it feels to be outside he is looking through a telescope to see how it is outside. See and feel are two things that in my perspective are opposites categorized in different groups. A presumption i would have is that he is spending too much time having a social life in social media instead of being social in the REAL WORLD. On further inspection you notice he views the outside even though the door is right in front of him, is open. However if you looked real hard you can see a key hole. I interpenetrate this as he'd rather stay inside where's it's safe and locked up, to have hardly any risks in his life.

When it comes to mind I think of the popular website called Facebook. It seems as though that there is a man who is lonely in a dark,lonely,incarcerated,trapped empty room and he wants to find new people to talk with. Then the guy is searching for people on a Facebook telescope but hes not physically looking for people hes digitally searching for people to interact with. The Facebook logo represents the telescope and as we all know Facebook is a website where people interact with others digitally,I also infer that the man is not socializing with others in the real world and he would rather communicate through the internet world. It seems that the man has physically set a barrier for himself between the outside world and the internet,and his mental barrier has collapsed on him making him not able to do the right thing and see the true world.

By looking at the "f," you'll see a small screen acting as if the man was addictive to the site and probably messaging someone from the outside world what explains why the "f" or telescope is through the....

if i could say this any shorter it'll just we a word. Lately, people today are mostly on social media. That's why you see an individual looking out of the F (for Facebook) while in the mean time you see a slightly open door with a beautiful world on the out side. It also seems that the individual is able exit the dark room that he's in but somehow refuses to. I think this is because people today don't want to get off there social media. I know this because if I have a device of some sort I'll be in my room (in the dark) and never come out until the next day. however he's looking at the world but he not enjoying the world the way how the people before social media was popular. I don't know if someone sated this or not but, no one is forcing him to do anything (not done)

I think that the Facebook sign is used to symbolize a telescope, because maybe the boy is looking for something or a guard so when he opens the jail doors the guards or police officers wont see him. The scene may also be talking using the sign to symbolize the family channel sign because both facebook and family have the F to represent their channel or website sign so it can be using the sign to represent the telescope.
It could also mean that people use the internet too much (in this case, Facebook) to communicate with the rest of the world. The bars represent that he is trapped inside, not physically but mentally. He tells himself to stay inside because social media has trapped him. Hes not trapped, he cant see the bars. Instead he sees an open door, meaning hes not trapped, but Facebook is trapped because Facebook cant close itself, only he can close the tab.

I honestly believe that he has something that he has been hiding, like some sort of fear of the real world. Now there stupid killer clowns on the loose which have already killed 23 in Nova Scotia, which is really scary.
In my perspective the photo is representing how most people known in days are so distracted with all of their social media accounts and all of the new technology around us that they don't see what is going on in the world when the doors are open for them. They would rather look through a screen to see whats going on when they could have easily just look outside. It seems liked the person in the photo is trapped the in world of social media that they don't really see whats going on around them.
