  1. 1.what are the benefits of green smoothies?
-green smoothies offer pure nutrition. the fruit/vegis used in the smoothie are usually high in vitamin A and C. however, the amount of vitamins u get depend on the fruit/vegi u use.

-green smoothies are healthier than fruit juices and still taste good. i juice, u get vitamins and minerals but no fibre. since green smoothies are made using whole fruits, u get vitamins, minerals and all of the fibre from the fruit.

-another benefit of green smoothies is that u can eat ur vegis by drinking this smoothie without even realizing it. the taste of the vegetables get hidden by the sweet taste of fruits. and all u have to do to make it is blend some fruits in a blender.

-green smoothies are also easy to digest and they keep u hydrated. if u just add water to ur smoothie, u will also get the proper amount of water u need for everyday.

  10. 1.) green smoothies give pure nutritions. the amount of vitamins you get depends on the amount of fruits and vegetables you put in the smoothie. Most fruits and vegetables have high amounts of vitamins A and C.
2.)Green smoothies are much healthier than fruits or vegetable juices. When juices are extracted you get vitamins and minerals but no fiber. Smoothies are made using the whole fruit/vegetable so you get all the fiber in your drink.
3.)Easy digestibility, blending fruits and vegetables together breaks down the cells of plants and improves digestibilities. Blenders unlock the nutrients and maximises the delivery to your body more than chewing any salad could.
4.)Green smoothies are very anti-inflammatory because the greens help re-mineralize and alkalize the body to rid it of the toxic effects of an acidic diet. Consuming lots of processed foods high in saturated fats lead to a variety of inflammation-related diseases (like cancer and Arthritis), and dark leafy greens can reverse this effect.
5.)chock full of amino acids. If you’re worried that you’re not getting enough protein, increase your green smoothie intake. The more greens you eat, the more amino acids that you provide your body with. Your body uses these amino acids to produce protein.
