  2. Music is good for our brain. Also it is a good source of active listening, if we listen to music more then we can easily listen to what our teacher is giving us a lecture about. Some people can't understand what the teacher is talking us about because their listening excersice is not too good to listen carefully what the teacher or any other person is talking to them about, If you don't do anything while you are listening to something then you can really understand what it is about..

  3. The key to being concentrated to your work is to be able to first relax yourself and concentrate on music to steady out your mind. Being constructivley critisizing on choosing the song you will listen to is also very important. I think that what this article is trying to explain and get us to do is to relax and concentrate, because if you can easily concentrate yourself on the main look-fors in the steps, you should simply be able to do the same with your work.

  19. The article I just read is about how music can benefit you in different manners using "active listening" example: Physically, mentally, the list goes on. But you can't listen to any type of music you need to choose music that personally relaxes or inspires you. Active listening improves your memory and effort, stimulates brain activation and eases stress, which I think we all need because we all have school, chores and plenty of other things to do. Sometimes it’s just too much a hand full of things to do. The part that connects to music is the engaging part the more closely we listen to things the more we begin to understand and the more our brain begins to work more senses we activate the more engaged we are with our music the more engaged you get with what your task is.

-focus on the sounds bouncing off of your eardrums.
